2009 hottest world issue......


The 2009 flu pandemic is a global outbreak of a new strain of an influenza A virus subtype H1N1or called “swine flu”. The influenza A virus is a new flu which is infected through human-to-human transmission of the virus is widespread and has not been identified in people before. The H1N1 flu virus is causing illness in infected persons in the United States and countries around the world. There have continued increase of reported cases of influenza A and symptoms of influenza A also are similar to the symptoms of seasonal flu. Therefore, we should recognize the symptoms of the H1N1 and know what to do it.

Symptoms of the H1N1:

~ Fever, which is usually high, but unlike seasonal flu, is sometimes absent.
~ Sore throat
~ Cough
~ Runny nose
~ Headache
~ Chills
~ Body aches
~ Fatigue or tiredness which can be extreme

Protect Yourself, Your Family, and Community:

~ Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
~ Usually wash your hands with soap and water in true way.
~ Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
~ If you are sick with a flu-like illness, then you must stay at home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone.
~ Wear a facemask if you are sick.
~ Avoid going to the crowd places.
